Help with your account and sign-in, safety and reporting, privacy, and account deletion. MatchFlow is a friend-discovery app: you build a profile, meet people who share your interests, and chat once a request is accepted.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. MatchFlow reporting and support are not an emergency service.

Write to us with the form below, or email [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us what you were doing when the problem happened. Never send your password.

You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Discord. If you cannot sign in, make sure you use the same method you signed up with. Password resets and sign-in problems: email support with your username.
Your date of birth cannot be changed after registration; contact support if it was entered incorrectly.
Safety and reporting
Report any member, message, or community post from the … menu on their profile or message. Choose a category such as harassment, spam, sexual content, impersonation, self-harm concern, or child safety. Blocking a member hides you from each other immediately.
