If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service now. MatchFlow reporting is not an emergency service. You can also report to the
NCMEC CyberTipline or your national child-protection hotline.
What is prohibited

- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind.
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to, storing, or describing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated or drawn imagery.
- Grooming: building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual contact, sexual conversation, or obtaining sexual imagery.
- Sextortion: threatening or coercing anyone, including minors, to obtain sexual imagery, sexual acts, money, or anything else.
- Sexual solicitation of, or sexualised conversation with, anyone under 18.
- Requesting sexual imagery from, or sending sexual imagery to, a minor.
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or any arrangement to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Adults misrepresenting their age to reach minors, or minors misrepresenting their age to reach adults.
How MatchFlow protects members
Age-separated ecosystems
Age comes from the private date of birth given at sign-up, never from a self-chosen age range. Adults and under-18 members are kept apart in discovery, requests, messages, and voice. The MatchFlow app on Google Play is for members aged 18 and over.
Automated safety moderation
Messages, community posts, profile text, and uploaded images are automatically checked before other members see them, using MatchFlow's safety systems and third-party safety processors. Content that indicates possible sexual exploitation of a minor is blocked and escalated at the highest priority.
In-app reporting
Every profile, direct message, and community post has a Report option with a dedicated Child safety / grooming / sexual exploitation category. Those reports go to the top of the moderation queue.
Enforcement
Confirmed violations lead to permanent removal of the account and content. Enforcement decisions are made by MatchFlow's team; an automated signal alone never bans an account, and a human reviews every child-safety case.
Evidence preservation
When we act on a child-safety case we preserve the minimum necessary records under restricted access, without creating extra copies of illegal imagery, so that lawful requests from authorities can be answered.
Legal escalation
Where required by law or where we believe a child is at risk, we report to the relevant authorities such as NCMEC or national law enforcement and cooperate with lawful requests.
How to report
In the app: open the member's profile or the message, choose Report, then Child safety / grooming / sexual exploitation. Add any detail that helps us find the content. You can block the member at the same time.
By email: write to [email protected] with “Child safety” in the subject. Do not attach or forward any sexual imagery of a minor; describe where it is and we will handle it.
