What's new

The Gold Spin has a new grand prize: the Sovereign Helm. It's a crowned helm of engraved gold with a visor that glows violet into blue, made for FreeWorlds. No Shop sells it, so the only way to get one is to win it on the Gold Spin.

It comes up about once in 200 Gold Spins. Wear it and a soft gold glow follows you round while the stones on its crown catch the light one after another. When somebody wins it, the room they're in hears about it.

Step by step

How it works

Try it on firstOpen the Shop and pick Spin To Win. Under the Gold Spin you'll find the Grand Prize: press Try it on to see the helm on your own avatar, and turn it round.

Spin the Gold SpinGold Spins are 250 gold a spin, 3 for 700 gold or 5 for 1,000 gold. Each spin is drawn by the server before the wheel moves, and the helm sits on one wedge of the wheel with its picture on it.
Wear itWin it and it goes straight to your inventory. Open the inventory, pick the helm and press Wear. Press it again to take the helm off.

Good to know

You can win it more than once. Every extra helm is yours to give to a friend or trade.
Gifts and trades open once you've played for 6 hours, as they do for everything in World.
The wheels are bigger on large screens now, and every prize on them is easy to read.
